I especially want to mention two of my mom’s nurses Emily (first shift nurse on Frog lane) and Jess (second shift nurse on Frog lane.) In my view these exceptional nurses deserve special recognition and Douglas Manor is very fortunate to have these nurses on staff.
I also want to mention your excellent CNA staff. They are, without exception, caring competent people. Your dietary, recreation, and housekeeping departments are also excellent.
